The Winter Issue of Real Episcopal Magazine is coming soon – watch your mailboxes!

Our Winter issue of Real Episcopal is heading out this week, and we’re glad to offer a preview of what you’ll find inside.

This issue features Grounded Hope, a new fellowship in Monterey exploring how faith communities can deepen their partnerships in the wider community, alongside an introduction to Canon Katherine Doar and her role as Canon for Leadership Development, strengthening formation across the diocese. You’ll also find a look at the work of Katie Knapp, our Disaster Resilience Coordinator, and how congregations are preparing thoughtfully for emergencies, as well as a feature on Camp St. Andrew’s, where faith, friendship, and joy shape summer experiences for children and youth across El Camino Real.

Together, these stories offer a snapshot of a diocese attentive to formation, resilience, and hope — and to the people who make this work possible.

And if you just can’t wait for your copy to arrive in the mail, the Winter magazine is available now in digital form on our website. We invite you to read it online and share it with others as we move into the season together.
