Diocesan Cycle of Prayer on the Sixth Sunday after Pentecost
This week, on the Sixth Sunday after Pentecost, we ask you to pray for our parishes of St. James’, Monterey and St. James’, Paso Robles.
Their patron, St. James, is the patron saint of pilgrims, and the famed Camino de Santiago—the Way of St. James—ends at his traditional resting place in Spain. As we “Walk the Way” together in El Camino Real, may we, like the faithful pilgrims before us, travel light, stay in balance, and have the courage to be lost—trusting that God walks with us.
