Diocesan Grant Applications Now Open for 2027
Has your parish been dreaming of a new ministry initiative, an upgrade to its music program, or some much-needed property repairs? The Diocese of El Camino Real is now accepting grant applications for 2027, and your project might be exactly what the Grants Committee is looking for.
Five grant categories are available:
- Education/Training ($100–$1,000/person or $500–$10,000/event) supports scholarships and formation events for clergy, laity, and staff.
- Missional Grants ($5,000–$80,000) fund growth initiatives, innovative ministries, and community engagement. (Note: recipients have additional application requirements.)
- Outreach ($100–$30,000) supports ministries beyond local parish outreach, including social justice initiatives, prison ministries, indigenous partnerships, and Anglican Communion projects.
- Property ($1,000–$10,000) addresses emergency needs and small capital projects, with parish matching funds required.
- Music ($50–$8,000) bolsters congregational worship and music programs, honoring the legacy of St. Mark’s, Santa Clara.
